As first time home buyers we were pretty nervous about the whole home buying process and wanted to make sure we didn’t overlook anything or potentially miss out on the right place for us. Once we met Brad, his attentiveness to our requests, availability to meet with us and show homes, and how quickly he ALWAYS responded to our calls and emails(which were many!) put us at ease. Once we found the right place Brad supported us through the price negotiations to a figure which we felt really good about, but took some time to arrive at, so we really appreciated not being pressured to take an earlier sale amount. We were lucky to find Brad Crapun when we decided to move to Cochrane. We found Brad very courteous, reliable and went above and beyond a number of times. He showed us many choices in different parts of town, keeping in touch with updates on listing changes and new listings. When we placed our offer he made suggestions to help us get our offer excepted. Since we were new to Cochrane he encouraged us by telling us of many of the events that Cochrane provides thought the year. The day we moved into our condo, he was there to help us chase down getting the keys to move in, a very challenging task! A few days later he was there to help us source new mailbox keys as none were left from the previous owner. Many of these things were well beyond his job of making the sale. Excellent customer service! Brad assisted me in selling my townhouse in Calgary in 2018 during a difficult market. It took awhile but by using several marketing strategies he got the job done. if you choose Brad you will not be disappointed.

I started to work with Brad from Burlington thru emails and the odd call. Then when I arrived in Calgary. and after I settled in a bit we started in look for a condo. In the beginning I was not sure what I wanted and how much I wanted to spend. My experience with Brad has been incredible from day one. When I first met Brad, he treated me to coffee and we discussed what I was looking for in a home.
